What we collect, and why

Very little. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by this site.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator of gradedclaims.com. Contact: contact@gradedclaims.com.

Your email address

If you request the printable pack, we collect your email address. We use it to send you the pack and, occasionally, an email when a new graded guide is published. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your address and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Email addresses are stored and emails are sent by Kit (ConvertKit LLC, United States), which processes this data on our behalf. Kit’s own privacy policy is at kit.com/privacy. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We never sell it or share it with anyone else.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@gradedclaims.com. If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to your data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
